Getting Support

Access to Preceda Support is provided between 8:30am to 7:00pm Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Savings time (AEDST), if applicable, each business day excluding AU & NZ National Public Holidays.

National Public Holidays include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, and any other holiday that applies to nationalities in Australia & New Zealand.

There are three ways to contact the Preceda Helpdesk:

  1. My Helpdesk

    My Helpdesk is an on demand application available in the top toolbar of Preceda and allows users to log a Helpdesk case and view open/closed cases. Each case submitted via My Helpdesk flows through to the Preceda Helpdesk queue and is immediately visible to Helpdesk consultants.

    If you do not have My Helpdesk access, please contact the Helpdesk providing your name and Preceda user name.
